Who I Am
I'm a Senior UX/UI Designer with over 5 years of experience and a foundation in Computer Science. I've spent my career solving one fundamental problem: how do you make complex technology feel simple?
I don't just design interfaces. I design the relationship between humans and technology — translating complexity into clarity across AI, enterprise software, and e-commerce.
The Problem I Solve
Most products are built from the inside out. Engineers build features. Designers make them pretty. Users get confused.
I work differently. I start with the user's mental model — what they think should happen — and work backward to the product. This simple shift changes everything.
My Approach
I spend time with users in their actual environment. I watch where they hesitate, where they assume. That's where real insights live.
Every decision is grounded in research and measurable outcomes. I can defend every pixel.
I prototype rapidly and test constantly. The best design is the one users validate, not the one I think is beautiful.
Reduced abandonment. Increased adoption. Better retention. These are the metrics that matter.
The best products are invisible. Users should feel empowered, not overwhelmed.
I've seen products where reducing visible options by 70% increased user adoption by 3×. The features are still there — users only see them when they need them.
Why This Matters
In a world where technology grows more complex every year, the designer's job grows more important, not less. The difference between a product people love and one they abandon often comes down to one word: clarity.
I'm obsessed with clarity. Not simplification — that's different. Clarity. Making the complex understandable.
